At Graded Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory meets our high standards of quality and authenticity. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our central warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
